Once the new resource has been fully set up in Unit4 by Recruitment & Pay and their employment start date has passed, they will appear on their line managers variable payroll transactions form. If you are a proxy user who keys to the variable payroll transactions form for staff at your school/within your service, but the staff do not report to you directly, then you may need to raise a HALO request or contact Unit4 Helpdesk telephone - 0300 123 8093 to get the new member of staff added to your variable payroll transactions form if they are not appearing.
